Pricing For business organizations and education institutions connected to the Internet via a permanent connection, the Tri-Net server solution is designed to provide a secure network solution and a single package of integrated features at a reasonable price with a minimum of administrative and technical overhead. Starting with the basic system, the Tri-Net server solution is designed to grow with your business needs by providing a number of optional features such as domain based email management, web management, logging, file sharing and remote access capability via a VPN. These optional features can be purchased at initial installation of the basic system or in the future as your business requirements for these features are identified. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include installing the Tri-Net software on server hardware provided by the customer, training related to the system operation and 60 days free maintenance support. Special pricing A customer may purchase the basic system and all the above features for $1725 if they are ordered and installed with the initial installation of the basic system. DNS Services Tri-Lan can provide DNS services. The current annual fee for this service is $100 for the first domain and $10 for each additional domain. There is an initial $30 setup fee for each domain. Satisfaction Guarantee If, after thirty days, a customer is not completely satisfied with the Tri-Net server software, Tri-Lan will remove it with no further obligation and provide a complete refund of the purchase price. Support An attractive annual maintenance package is available for $250 per year. This includes assistance with e-mail setup, local on-site and/or telephone support, as required, as well as all updates to purchased components released during that year.
